Jog the Block

"Jog the Block" is a make-up assignment if you have missed 2 days of PE. After the second absence from physical education class, you may choose to complete this assignment:

Hour:___ A/B Day 

Complete 2 running laps around your block, rest for 5 minutes, then run another 2 laps around a block. Take your pulse after completing 2 laps, and check your Target Heart Rate. Your THR should be between 14-19 beats in 6 seconds. 

You may write this into your fitness log.
