Summer Institutes 
Students ages 14 – 17 will engage in 3-4 week intensive study in single subject courses ranging from biotechnology to entrepreneurship and creative writing.
Summer College
Students ages 16 – 19 choose from more than 125 college courses in 30 academic departments earning undergraduate credit and an official Stanford University transcript.

Free summer engineering event for 6-8th grade girls on Saturday July 11, 2015 Sponsored by Purdue Women in Engineering Program Please sign up online to join us at Purdue University (West Lafayette) for this FREE event: “Engineering FYI: For Your Imagination” on Saturday, July 12 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). You’ll learn about being an engineer and how Purdue engineers are helping to change the world in which we live! Activities and role models in this program are geared toward girls who are currently in 6-8th grade.
Participants rotate through hands-on engineering activities facilitated by female undergraduate and graduate engineering students. An informal presentation will be offered for parents to assist them in continuing to encourage their child’s interest in engineering. Summer Transitional Enrichment Program (STEP) , Edgewood College, Madison; July; Grades 7-8, plus qualified sixth graders; 12 course offerings
STEP is designed to prepare students to take on the challenges of more rigorous coursework, to position themselves for highly successful high school years, and to begin the college decision process. Accelerated enrichment courses promote self-discovery while challenging students to their intellectual best and to appreciate their abilities.
